There were times I felt overwhelmed and stuck by my own limiting beliefs, but those tough moments pushed me to transform my life. I learned that real change starts with shifting your mindset and focusing on overall well-being.
Embracing a growth mindset helped me see challenges as chances to grow, and investing in my wellness gave me back my health and energy.
Now, I use my experiences to guide kids through their own struggles.

During this 30-minute FREE mini-coaching session, we will have an opportunity to see if working together will be a fit for all of us. Not every coach is a good fit for each person who needs a coach. I want you and/or your child to be successful, so getting to know what you truly want to work through will help me better understand if my coaching program will be something that will be helpful to you, your child, and your family.
Wellness Coaching for You:
My Transform YOU! Coaching package includes ten coaching sessions with you. Each session is 55 minutes long and includes one on one, personalized coaching sessions, either in person or virtually. We will work together to set realistic life goals, and during our time together, work on shifting your mindset to reach them. I will provide you with weekly coaching handouts and "homework" assignments that will help you reach your goals!
Wellness Coaching for Kids:
My Let's Go! Confidence coaching package includes seven coaching sessions with your child. Each session includes 45 minutes of coaching, along with 15 minutes of physical activity. The coaching includes stories and crafts. The physical activity is modified to fit your child's ability and is primarily focused on teaching your child breathwork and yoga.
If you are local, we can choose to meet in person if our schedules allow. However, the majority of our coaching sessions will be virtual. If we choose to work virtually, I will send you a ZOOM link prior to each session.
